Can I take the mini mat aboard the airplane?

The mat is a standard heating pad with stones, and there should not be any obstacles to register it with your luggage or even to take aboard the flight as a piece of carrying baggage. 

Just make sure with your airline, that they allow the weight and dimensions, and do not have any special rules.
