What is the trial period and when I can return the mat for a full refund?

Our products are covered with an easy return policy; usually, we refund the full purchase price, and the customer pays the return shipping.

No matter where you buy a new mat, the return window is 45 days. You may be charged a small restocking fee because, though shipping is free for our customers, we pay for shipping and insurance.

If you receive a wrong or defective item due to our error, we will cover return shipping as well. We also provide a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. 

This policy does not apply to customized mats, 220v mats, pre-owned, refurbished, discounted mats, or mats that have been shipped abroad.
