What is your 45-day risk-free trial policy?
Fortunately, our mats bring great benefits to most customers, and so returns are rare.
But people are understandably hesitant to make such a large investment, which is why we offer a 45-day risk-free trial period.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back for any reason for a full refund.
We would ask you to please explain why, as this would help us improve our products and services.
There is no restocking fee, but the returned unit must be packed well (folded same as when you received it), complete, and in good condition, without smell, stains, or damage.
The cost of having shipped it to you would be deducted from your refund even if you did not originally pay for shipping, as we still pay the shipping and insurance.
Of course, if you receive a wrong product due to our error or receive a defective product, free shipping is provided in the USA for all 50 states.
Canadian and all international customers will be responsible for shipping both ways for all replacements, exchanges, and returns, regardless of the reason.
To return your mat, please contact us, and we will provide you with RAN (Return Authorization Number) and shipping instructions. Please do not forget to write the RAN on the shipping label.
If you’re returning a product under warranty, we will also e-mail you a prepaid return shipping label.
As soon as you have shipped the unit, please email us with your tracking number. Usually, we process refunds within several days if the tracking information was provided promptly.
