What if I missed 45 days because I was traveling abroad and got the product as a gift before leaving country?

If the product was gifted, we might need proof of the original purchase and a serial number. In some special cases, we may accept the return of your mat even after the 45-day trial period expires. 

Restrictions may apply, but in general, you will have up to 6 months to return your purchase, which may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, depending on the condition of your mat after inspection. 

Your mat should be clean, free of any smells or physical damage, and in excellent working condition. Contact us for details.
