Reboxed & Refurbished Mats Condition Guidelines
Our third-party professional refurbishment center's highly trained and experienced staff do their utmost to assign an industry-standard condition to every item, virtually guaranteeing a great customer experience.
We have stringent guidelines on our staff's grades and conditions for refurbished items to maintain this reputation.
Since one man's "like new" is another man's "acceptable," we have published our internal guidelines.
1. Like-New (New Other)
It is an apparently untouched item in perfect condition. Box may be open or damaged and replaced. Original protective wrapping may be missing, but the product is intact and pristine. There are absolutely no signs of wear on the item. Instructions and all accessories are included. Item is suitable for presenting as a gift. The product comes with the same one-year warranty as a new product.
2. Used Very Good
Cleaned, refurbished if necessary, and tested to work perfectly by the manufacturer. A well-cared-for, almost new item that has seen minimal use and remains in excellent condition. The product is complete, unmarked, and undamaged, with all accessories. It comes with a 1-year warranty for repair or replacement for a product of the same condition.
3. Used - Good
Cleaned, refurbished if necessary, and tested to work correctly product. The item may show small signs of wear from limited use but remains in good condition and works well. It may be marked, have identifying markings on it, or show other signs of previous use. Some non-essential accessories may be missing. It comes with a 1-year warranty for repair or exchange for a product of the same condition.
4. Used - Acceptable
Cleaned, refurbished if necessary, and tested by the manufacturer. The item is fairly worn but continues to work well. Signs of wear can include aesthetic issues such as scratches, dents, and worn corners. The product may have identifying markings on it or show other signs of previous use. It is protected with a 1-year warranty for repair or replacement for a product of the same condition.
5. Working with some defects
The item may be brand new, like new, or fairly worn, but some unrepairable defects were discovered during testing and refurbishing. Other functions work perfectly. The product is entirely safe to use. While some features work fine (for example, heating on the multifunctional products), others (for example, red light LEDs or PEMF) may not work at all. Check the condition note for further details. It may be a great deal if you need the mat for heating or PEMF and do not need another function that is not operational. These products come with a six months warranty for the working features.
6. Non-electric, non-powered mats
Sometimes when we test the physically damaged mats, we find out that the faults inside are too difficult or expensive to be repaired. And the products are not as safe to use ‘as-is’ as the electrical ones are. Such mattresses are sorted out and sold without the controller or accessories at around 25-30% of the initial mat price as non-electric, non-powered mats with crystals. You can still pre-heat the on the sun to use hot. Or you can use it for active training, which may damage the electric mats. Some customers buy these Amethyst or gemstone mats for pets. Others mine crystals from them.
