How the mats are shipped? Can they be folded?

The mat is shipped folded 2-3 times. It may be shipped with a protective cover or 3-D Pad already on it for better protection.

If you keep your mat in the storage bag after use, please, fold it the same as how you received it (usually, the mats are folded with crystals side to the top).

Please, do not put any heavy objects on the folded mat.
