How much time does the learning curve take?

Usually, it takes hours to learn how to use the mat and a week or so to understand how your body reacts to the hot stone therapy, PEMF, or red light. 

It may take up to a month to notice the resulting wellbeing, mood, and health improvement. 

But to be a really experienced user and know how to heal yourself in any situation may take years.
