Is it safe to use amethyst Bio Pad on a bed or does it require a flat, sturdy surface like a floor or massage table?

MediCrystal mats can be folded, so it is absolutely safe for them to be used on a bed or any other stable surface. We recommend putting a towel (or use our pillowcase style cover) under the mat if you use it on a bed, massage table, or another heat-sensitive surface.
