When I plug in my mat controller into the wall socket it shows OFF or —- and does not work, is it faulty?

Please always connect the controller to the mat first, and only after this to the A/C outlet; otherwise, it may go into safety mode until you reconnect it properly. 

If reconnection does not help, please contact us at Support@AmethystMat.com, and we will replace the controller fast and free.

If your warranty expired, you could buy a replacement controller.

We used different types of connectors, upgrading the quality during the last couple of years, so make sure you send us a photo of your mat connector to pick up the correct controller from our inventory.
