Can you put your own pillowcase over MediCrystal amethyst Pillow without blocking the effects?

To eliminate the crystals’ pressure, if it still bothers you, the standard white cotton pillowcase, or several of them, can be put on the pillow. It will not block ions or FIR rays.

We are also developing a sweat-absorbing cover for our pillows, to be included in the set that ships with the mat.

Our pillows are unpowered and made with crushed and tumbled amethyst crystals. 

Same as with the unpowered amethyst mat, the pillow can absorb excess heat from your head and direct it, in the form of infrared crystal rays, to those areas of your head and neck which really need it to improve circulation.
