What are the Far Infrared FIR rays and benefits?

FIR (FAR-INFRARED RAYS)

Far Infrared is the safest type of warmth emission without contacting, conduction, or convection.

It is "Far" from the visible spectrum but "Close" to Micro-Wave radiation, which delivers heat very deep, and our bodies do not have temperature sensors to detect such dangerous heat.

And Far Infrared Rays are the best. They bring some less energy into the tissues than microwaves, but it is safe and natural. It is the way how the Sun heats the Earth and gives life to everything on this planet.

All hot stones emit full-spectrum infrared rays starting from NIR, and they transfer the most energy in the form of FIR.
Our mixed gemstone belts provide a more extensive range of wavelength warmth delivering a mix of NIR, MIR, and mainly FIR rays.

When you apply hot crystals to your body, Far Infrared Light penetrates several inches deep and warms it. It causes the mobilization of toxins from deep tissues and fat and removal of them with sweating.

Some studies show the heated amethyst FIR rays work on a cellular level with a bio-resonance effect on the cells' power stations mitochondria. They can make cells generate their own heat for several hours after the session. Deep heating may raise the whole body's core temperature, improve circulation, and eliminate some minor discomfort and pains.

We do not make any health claims for our heated crystals belts, vests, pads, mats, and other products. If you are interested in getting more information about the studies and researching Far-Infrared heating benefits, please, find out more on the PUBMED website https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov searching for "Far-Infrared," or "FIR," or other related keywords.

PubMed is a free resource that is developed and maintained by the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), the U.S. National Library of Medicine (NLM), and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). PubMed comprises more than 27 million citations for biomedical literature from MEDLINE, life science journals, and online books.
