Is warranty the same if I purchase a MediCrystal or ThermoGem Mat on Amazon or eBay?

Of course, the warranty will be valid if you buy your mat on Amazon. We hope you enjoy it and if you do, please leave a review there. We and all other customers will appreciate it.

If you buy an open-box or pre-owned, refurbished mat from our store on eBay, it will be covered by a 1-year warranty for repair or replacement with a mat of similar condition.

The warranty does not cover standard wear and tear.
