Troubleshooting
- I noticed that the crystals near the bottom of the pad and close to the logo area do not heat up. Is it supposed to be that way?
- The pad included with the mat is made with synthetic material. Don't synthetic fibers block FIR?
- I received my infrared mat and pillow but they are white and without crystals! They are not the same as in the pictures!
- I have been using my MediCrystal Compact Mini Mat for almost a month. No matter how high I set the temperature, with a 3-D protector under me, I do not sweat and my body temperature does not go up. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong.
- My HARD Bio Pillow seems too hard for me. I can use it well for half an hour before sleeping during my “heat” procedure but I cannot sleep on it.
